About Me
We each have a unique journey that shapes who we are. For me, the journey of being curious about the human mind began in my teenage years, driven by a desire to find meaning and better understand myself and the world around me.
My Approach
My integrative approach incorporates psychodynamic, somatic, trauma-informed, emotion-focused, and existential therapies. My work is rooted in anti-oppressive, anti-racist, queer-affirming, and neuroscience-informed frameworks.
My Specialities
Whether you are struggling with symptoms rooted in trauma, facing ongoing mental health conditions, or trying to make sense of life, our work together can provide a space for reflection and healing.
I offer a free 30-minute consultation so we can get a sense of whether working together feels right. To schedule, please complete this form, and I’ll respond within two business days.

Land Acknowledgment
I acknowledge the land I live and work on: Tkaronto, now known as Toronto, which in Mohawk means “where there are trees standing in the water.” This land is covered under Treaty 13 and the Williams Treaties. It is the traditional territory of many First Nations, including the Mississaugas of the Credit, the Anishnaabe, the Chippewa, the Haudenosaunee, and the Wendat peoples.
